What is Toda Hora 21 plan?
It is Embratel alternative Long Distance Domestic (DDD) service plan, providing a simpler rate structure (Daytime, Nighttime, Weekend/National Holidays) and progressive discounts over the total invoice.
Can any customer subscribe?
Yes. Toda Hora 21 plan is intended for the residential segment with a nightly and weekend/holiday profile. However any customer can subscribe.
What do I have to do to subscribe?
Just opt for the plan and enroll the desired telephone through the form.
And why do I have to opt for the Plan?
Since it is an alternative plan, customers are required to opt for it.
Are IDD calls included in this plan as well?
No. IDD calls are charged regularly through TODO MUNDO 21 promotion, or IDD Basic Plan.
How many phone numbers can I enroll in the plan?
You may enroll all your phone numbers.
What is the range of the plan?
The plan ranges across the whole country.
Is there a deadline for joining the plan?
No. You may opt for the plan whenever you want.
And what about the Basic plan?
Embratel continues to commercialize the Basic plan, however all DDD calls placed from the phone numbers enrolled in the alternative plan will be charged under Toda Hora 21 plan rates rather than the Basic plan.
Are collect calls included in the plan?
If the customer receiving a collect call is a subscriber of Toda Hora 21 plan, YES, he will be charged in compliance with the plan.
Do the new rates apply from the date of joining the plan?
The new rates of Toda Hora 21 plan apply no later than 5 days after the date of joining the plan.
Does the plan have a definite duration?
No, there is no definite duration. Should Embratel cancel Toda Hora 21 plan, all its customers will be advised accordingly, 30 days in advance and all customers will be transferred, free of charge, to the Basic Plan or to any other Alternative Plan at the customer's discretion.

Can I subscribe for Sempre 21 for the working hour period, and for Toda Hora 21 for the nightly period?
No. Both Embratel plans comprise the same DDD concession and, according to Anatel provisions, each phone number may be under one and the same plan of the same concession.
Is there a minimum time to remain in the plan?
There is no mandatory minimum time to remain in the plan. You may shift from one plan to another any time you want.
And what about my account?
Toda Hora 21 customers will be sent their Embratel account regularly, containing the identification of DDD calls placed and priced under the plan rates.
What are the taxes and charges?
The same taxes applied to the Basic plan: State ICMS, PIS = 0,65% and COFINS= 3,0%
How do calls placed before and after my subscription appear in the next account?
DDD calls placed before subscription for Toda Hora 21 plan will be charged under the Basic plan rates. Following confirmation of your subscription, all calls will be charged in accordance with Toda Hora 21 alternative plan rates.
