The rate values excluding taxes are those practiced by Embratel. The charges and taxes levied on the rates by the government - icms in your state, pis (0,65%) and cofins (3%) raise the final amount paid by the customers.

Why do i have to receive two separate bills?
Because Mundo 21 is a prepaid minute plan of Embratel. Embratel sends a bill to the customers with the calls made through the 21. The customers can choose to change the payment date of their Embratel bill so that it matches the date of their local carrier bill. There will be only two bills, which can be paid up together.

How is the bill of my cell phone(s) registered in Mundo 21 plan?
All the calls made through the 21 will be detailed in Embratel's bill of Mundo 21 plan. The local calls made from the cell phone(s) will continue to be charged and detailed in the mobile carrier bill.

What about the special number in the US, Canada or Mexico?

Embratel assigns to subscribers of Mundo 21 plan a phone number for any city in either of the three aforementioned countries for them to receive calls made in Brazil.

The great reason to use embrael's number is that the calling party abroad will pay for a local call (if calling from the city that originated the number) and you will answer the city in Brazil for r$0,26/min excluding taxes, which will be deducted from your prepaid minutes.

For ex.: your wireline phone number in Brazil: 2121-2121
special number in miami - us: 1111111
The person in miami (a) to whom you assigned the special number just has to dial 1111111 (b), for your phone to ring here in Brazil (c).
