Embratel announces advertising campaign highlighting its options

Corporation invests in campaign showing its wireline calling options

Embratel is launching an advertising campaign called "Viva a Opção" (option is great) created by AlmapBBDDO agency. Embratel will remind its customers that the "21" is not just for national and international calls. In addition to long distance domestic and international calling, Embratel offers top quality options for the residential calling service as well.

"For the duration of the campaign, people will know a lot more about Livre and Net Fone, and will also figure out that Embratel is the best in wireline calling, because it has no monthly charges and offers a number of benefits on a competitive basis", says Guilherme Zattar, Residential Business director of Embratel.

The campaign footage will be aired on May 26 on cable and regular TV. The printed campaign "Viva a opção" (option is great) will be published in major Brazilian newspapers and magazines as well. The ads show many ways to save money and to celebrate a goal, various phone models and Embratel's premium wireline calling options.

Sticking with the same theme, the footage to be aired on TV will show a host explaining the special features of Livre and Net Fone Via Embratel. According to Zattar, this campaign will give to consumers the opportunity to analyze the advantages of Embratel's services and convinced them that it is the best investment in terms of quality and economy.

Targeting different customers, Livre and Net Fone Via Embratel offer interesting alternatives in comparison with the competition. With no monthly charges, both services have flexible amounts of prepaid minutes to be used in any type of call, on a pay-per-use basis.
