Executive will be responsible for establishing integrated management with Embratel and for ensuring call center quality
Brasil Center, a subsidiary of Embratel with five call center units, announced the appointment of Kátia Horta as Call Center Director. Katia has been with Embratel since 2001, working in Right of Way and Business with Carriers. Now she is facing a new challenge, thoroughly in line with Embratel's strategy to focus on its customers.
Kátia will be in charge of five Brasil Center units located in Goiânia (GO), Juiz de Fora (MG), Macaé (RJ), Ribeirão Preto (SP) and Vila Velha (ES). These call centers are Embratel's main communication channels with its customers all over Brazil. Through Brasil Center, the customers are able to appraise Embratel's commitment with the consumers, working as a major tool for the improvement of its services.
"My challenge consists of offering to customers the service level of Embratel and focusing on the complete satisfaction of its users", says Kátia, who will be in charge of a staff of 8,400 people.
With MBA in Entrepreneurial Management (UFRJ) and Management FGV), the executive has worked with corporations like Promon Engenharia and AT&A Latin America. Her career has been spent in leading major projects and key negotiations involving business partners, competitors and government agencies.
