Yes. The service comprises a Pre-Sales phase which helps define each customer's specific needs by employing Consultancy Tests.
What is the average time for activating a new customer?
45 days, in average.
What is the Platform used by the service?
The service uses a set of E-pack ports withing the DPN platform. Configurations are customized in order to service the magnetic card market.
What is the access speed of the POS?
Most POS's existing in the market use speeds of 1200 Kbps, 2400 Kbps ou 9600 Kbps
Does Embratel require a minimum number of transactions to enable the E-pack service?
Yes. Since the E-pack service is customized and enabled from a private network, a minimum of 100 thousand transactions was defined. If the cutomer's growth curve for transaction demand shows that the minimum volume will be reached within 1 year, the service is commercialized.
