How it Works
Characteristics
This service includes terrestrial stations and may comprise a set of features such as: multiplexers, routers, integration with terrestrial services (Internet, Fastnet, etc). The service employs space segment resources provides by the Brasilsat, Intelsat, and NewSkies satellites and may use the C or Ku Band. With these resources, the service enables connections with networks having continuous usage or on demand profiles, requiring small to large traffic volume capacities, with transmission speeds ranging from 32 Kbps to 34 Mbps, and which can be interconnected to the terrestrial networks.
Customers count with a 0800 number and the National Satellite Monitoring Center in Guaratiba, Rio de Janeiro, from where each station forming your satellite network is monitored by teams that are available for any event.
